My work centers on creating structured, engaging, and developmentally appropriate programs that equip young people with the skills and confidence needed for independent adulthood. I oversee program strategy, curriculum design, and community partnerships that expand opportunities for the youth we serve.

I am Co-Founder and Director of Strategic Initiatives of The Taylor Legacy Foundation, where I focus on building the systems, structures, and operating models that enable effective, scalable youth services. With a professional background in healthcare product management and systems design, I bring a structured, outcomes-driven approach to nonprofit leadership.

My work centers on designing the operational backbone that allows programs and clinical services to function cohesively, consistently, and at scale. At the foundation, I lead the development of our operating model, ensuring that intake, placement, care coordination, and outcomes measurement systems are aligned to support youth stability and long-term success.

I work closely with our program and clinical leaders to ensure that every aspect of service delivery is connected through a unified system of care. I believe that meaningful impact requires more than strong programs—it requires strong systems that allow those programs to scale, adapt, and sustain long-term outcomes.
