We are building this carefully — because the young women who will eventually live with us deserve a foundation that's strong from day one.

    Foundation Formation

    Incorporation, EIN, IRS 501(c)(3) submission, founding board recruitment, brand and website launch.

  2. Phase 2
    2026 – 2027

    Program Design & Funding

    Future

    Detailed program model, partnerships with PA child welfare leaders, initial fundraising for licensing and pre-opening costs.

  3. Phase 3
    2027 – 2028

    Licensing & Property

    Future

    Securing the home, completing all PA licensing requirements, hiring leadership, building referral relationships.

  4. Phase 4
    2028

    First Home Opens

    Future

    Welcoming the first cohort of young women into a safe, trauma-informed residential home in Pennsylvania.

  5. Phase 5
    Beyond 2028

    Sustain & Expand

    Future

    Strengthening the model, measuring outcomes, and exploring expansion — additional homes, additional populations.
